Why and what we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional organisation and message to receive, assess and reply to your enquiry, and where relevant to take steps you request before entering into a business relationship.
The selected language is part of the page URL; the site does not save this preference in browser storage. The optional injected Umami analytics tracker may receive event names and limited non-form metadata. It is not intended to receive contact-form content.
Lawful basis
We rely, as applicable, on taking steps at your request before a potential contract and on our legitimate interests in handling business correspondence and operating the site. Where consent is legally required for optional analytics storage or access, it must be obtained before that processing takes place.
The contact-form acknowledgement of this policy is not itself the GDPR lawful basis for processing your enquiry.
Recipients, processors and transfers
Contact submissions are saved in the application database and inquiry email is routed through the connected Gmail service. An optional injected Umami tracker may process limited event and non-form metadata. We do not describe a transfer as occurring unless one applies; any applicable transfer information and safeguards must be confirmed before publication.
Retention

Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
